Please, maintain silence between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM.

This period  is called “Night Calm” and it is a city rule. Minimize noises while in the hallways or in front of the building. Try to not slam doors. Many families and their pets are sleeping.

Works connected with higher noise could be done Mon-Fri 7 AM to 10 PM and Sat 10 AM to 4 PM.

Please, help us to keep our environment clean.

Put the trash into the bin. There are trash bins behind the door next to the elevator on floor 0. We recycle, so please put the plastic, paper, metal, glass and tetrapacks into the recycling containers on the corner. Please don’t smoke in hallways or in the elevator.

Don’t throw cigarettes from the windows, don’t leave trash on the street.

Owners, tenants, guests and people living with us are obliged to close and lock the house. Also, they can not allow people to enter the building at the same time as they enter or leave.

The main entrance has an automatic lock. Please learn how to control the doorstop. Door from the basement and courtyard need to be locked all the time.

Do you need to change the label on the door bell? You don’t have to stick it over or force it over with screwdriver (you will only damage it, it needs to be done with special key). Just let us know, what label you want to change at kontakt@premyslovska29.cz
